Fuchka is a very Famous street food from South Asia. It is a deep fried hollow spherical shell filled with many type of fillings and spices. It is known by very different names in different regions. Like in Bangladesh and India's West Bengal, People know it as Fuchka, But in other areas of India and Pakistan they may know it as Golgappa or Pani Puri. But it is the same concept of food and is loved by everyone. Mainly girls love fuchka a lot compared to boys.

Fuchka
Fuchka is the Classic version from the area of Bengal, which includes Bangladesh and the bordering regions of India such as West Bengal, Tripura and Assam. Fuchka uses boiled potatoes mixed with various masalas as the filling. The water that is used is known as "টক" (Tok) in Bengali, meaning "Tangy". The base for it is Tamarind but spice and other stuff is used to make it spicier
Panipuri
Panipuri is mainly found in western parts of India like Maharashtra and Gujrat. It uses chickpeas as the filling where fuchka uses boiled potatoes. It is also served with 6 7 different flavors of water. The most common one is "Hara Pani" made with Mint and Coriander.
Golgappa
Golgappa is widely found in Northern Parts of India and many areas of Pakistan like Delhi, Punjab, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore etc. Golgappa uses fillings such as boiled potatoes or chickpeas which is lightly spiced. The water is jal jeera flavoured.
